1. What inspired you to work with Tom's of Maine this summer and to create a "Baby & Me Yoga" video?

Yoga has always been a huge part of my life and a staple in my fitness routine. Not only does it improve flexibility and is an overall toning workout, it also provides balance and a sense of calm to my life. It always has and it always will! I think the best thing about "Baby & Me Yoga" is sharing those precious moments with your baby while creating a zen space for them. It's a great way to connect with your baby and promote healthy ideals and habits early on. I'm excited about working with Tom's of Maine because I love their products. I trust the ingredients used and I use them for my entire family.

2. As a healthy lifestyle and yoga enthusiast, how do you stay healthy and active as a working mom? And can you share some tips for busy moms hoping to be an "everyday supermodel"?

For me, it's all about making time for exercise even if that means 20 minutes here and there. It really adds up! This has been a major goal for me this year and getting that workout in (even though it can seem impossible) has given me MORE energy to tackle my day. I found that early mornings work better for me. Even if you don't have childcare, just putting your baby in the stroller and walking to run errands can make a difference! I've even been known to get a mini workout in while watching an episode of "Curious George" with my Brooksie! Leg lifts, ab exercises, whatever! Move your body!

3. How do you balance your work/home life, or is there even such a thing?

When I'm in work mode, I'm fully invested. I want to be the most productive I can be during that time so I can be with my family as much as possible. When I use my time wisely and get things done, rather than procrastinate, it really helps! When I'm with my family, I want to fully concentrate on the moments with them with no distractions. Even if it requires turning your phone off to not check your email, it makes a world of difference.

4. You've accomplished so much. Was there a moment in your career when you wanted to give up but pushed on through anyway?

What if I would have given up right then and there? None of my accomplishments would mean anything today.

It was actually before my career fully started! When I went to my first modeling agency, they did not want me. I was mortified and felt like crawling in a hole. Instead of completely giving up, I was determined. I found a modeling agent that saw something in me and I've been with her agency ever since. What if I would have given up right then and there? None of my accomplishments would mean anything today. It's something I look back on to put things into perspective. Hard work, determination and inner confidence can be game changers.

5. At what point in your career path did you consider yourself successful?

One point in particular is when I received the call that I landed the cover for French Vogue. Me? A girl from small-town Kentucky on the cover of French Vogue?! It was surreal. The other is when I made a first BIG purchase for myself with my own money that came straight from my hard work. That was the best feeling in the world! Oh, and trust me—it didn't come easy! I prepped, plotted, prepared and planned. It definitely paid off!

6. You juggle multiple hats as mom, actress, author, model and humanitarian. It must take a huge village. Who are your go-to people/services?

It really DOES take a village! I can tell you that firsthand. I am so blessed to have the help that I do. Your "village" doesn't always have to be nannies; your momma friends are a village in themselves! I have my go-to call list just in case I have any questions. It helps because we are all going through or went through the same thing!

7. What was the best advice you've ever received?

My momma always taught me to be grateful and graceful. It's easy to do that when the going is good, but it really counts when the chips are down. It's a sentiment that I remind myself of daily.

8. Worst advice?

Health should always come first as does the inner peace that comes from making smart choices.

Definitely some advice I got backstage while modeling! The pressure is real. At a young age, I started making horrible health decisions with only one goal in mind: weight loss. I realized as I got a little older (and wiser!) how much eating healthy and exercising regularly gives you better results. Health should always come first as does the inner peace that comes from making smart choices.

9. Take us through a day in your life.

I've always been an early riser, but ever since my two little ones came along, it's even earlier! I love having my precious moments with them in the morning before my workday. I usually work out early in the morning to get it out of the way. It also gives me more energy throughout my day and leaves little room for procrastination. For the remainder of my busy days, it looks a lot like this: check emails, drink green smoothie (always!), fittings, meetings, blogging, etc. It may seem overwhelming but in my experience it's all about balance and scheduling to make your day the most productive it can possibly be.

10. Finally, update us! What's new in your career?

While I have some exciting things happening career-wise in the near future, my top priority is spending quality time with my family this summer. We go to the Hamptons and I'm looking forward to spending a couple months with them in relaxation mode.
