The battle for Lisa Marie Presley's estate has finally come to an end. This week, Riley Keough became the sole trustee of her mother's estate, which also means that she's now the sole owner of Graceland, which was once believed to be split between all of Lisa Marie's children.

Riley petitioned the court to be sole trustee a month ago
If you've been following this story, Priscilla Presley originally believed that she should be the trustee of the estate, but that job was ultimately left to Riley. Priscilla attempted to fight it in court, but ultimately, she and Riley were able to come to an agreement that reportedly led to Priscilla receiving a payout worth millions to walk away.
Now the agreement is official
According to Entertainment Tonight, Riley is officially in charge of the estate and the sub-trusts that will go to her younger sisters, 14-year-old twins Harper and Finley. Riley's attorney, Justin Gold, has confirmed that she will not charge for her services.
"In settling the claims pending in Priscilla's Petition, the parties are saving significant legal fees by avoiding litigation, and they are likewise avoiding the spectacle of intra-family litigation that would have been inimical to Lisa's wishes and not in the best interests of the family," he said.
Riley is now the owner of Graceland
After Lisa Marie's death, it was believed that Graceland, Elvis Presley's famed estate, would be split between Riley and her sisters, but for now at least, she's the sole owner. Riley has agreed to allow Lisa Marie to retrieve any personal belongings she may have left there or in the property's storage units.
Priscilla will be allowed to be buried at Graceland, though
The Daisy Jones & the Six star has agreed to allow her grandmother to be buried in the Meditation Garden as she planned after her eventual death, with Priscilla being laid to rest "at the location closest to Elvis Presley without moving any existing gravesite."

It's a big job for Riley
But it certainly seems like she's prepared to take on this new role in her life, even after losing her mother so unexpectedly earlier this year.
Here's hoping that being able to put this issue to rest will allow the family to find peace.
