What to Know
Who would have thought it would be such a flex to be able to fit into your kindergartener’s clothes? For one mom on TikTok, whose name is Aisha, that’s exactly what it appears to be. She posted a video where she shows the size on her kid’s jacket from H&M and then slips it on to show that it fits her too. And parents are coming for her.
The video was later shared to X, where other users and parents slammed the mom for showing something they see as alarming instead of impressive. Some wondered if there is a bigger issue as play for Aisha, but mostly, they discussed everything they believe is wrong with her original video.
She seemed to brag about wearing a small child’s size in clothes.

In Aisha’s video on TikTok, she shows her kid in the jacket and then, in the next show, appears with the jacket but without her son. She shows the inside tag just so everyone knows the jacket is indeed designed for a child who is 4-5 years old. Then, she proudly puts it on and even poses for a few seconds before the video ends.
Obviously, the idea here is that she is so tiny, skinny, petite, and any other word that women love to use to describe being slim that she can wear her small child’s clothes. And, apparently, this is a flex she wants everyone to know about. Judging by her other videos, it’s not a video meant to troll anyone or rage bait either, so yes, it’s pretty authentic.
Parents called her out for the problematic post.

People on both TikTok and X quickly commented on the respective posts to share their thoughts on Aisha not only being able to fit into the jacket, but for showing off her ability to do so. Since Aisha doesn’t actually say anything in her video, it also lends to the mystery of why she wanted to show she can fit into her kid’s clothes and why she felt the need to post it.
“Competing with a child btw,” one user commented on TikTok. Another person wrote, “Good for you, I’m not jealous.”
Others joked about what the mom wanted from them by posting the video. One wrote, “What do you want me to do with this info?”
On X, the user who shared the video wrote that it is a “mental illness.” No one should officially diagnose anyone, even on social media, but the video got people talking over on that platform too.
“Did she really just do a body check in kids clothes, like what even is happening?” an X user wrote in response to the X post.
Another added, “This post has weird undertones…it literally is a mental illness and the people in your replies are no better.”
Some think it’s behavior indicative of disordered eating.

Aisha did not share any details about an eating disorder in her original post on TikTok, but that didn’t stop people from speculating about her and her weight. They also took the video and its implication to be a way that the mom showcased an eating disorder.
“Idk why seeing frail and thin animals makes people sad and empathetic, but seeing thin and frail women is somehow goals and perfect and a model! A user wrote on X. “Girls please f–king eat and enjoy sweet treats and have fun. THEY WANT YOU WEAK AND FRAIL AND SMALL. EAT! EAT AND GO TO THE GYM.”
Someone else wrote, “Yes I am disordered, yes I want to be skinnier, but then I see s–t like this.”
