Step 1
Soak the blouse for about 30 minutes in a gallon of warm water with 1/2 cup of 3 percent hydrogen peroxide.
Step 2
Rinse the blouse under warm running water. Squeeze it gently and hang it up to drip dry. Inspect the garment when it's dry to determine the white factor.
Step 3
Wash the blouse in a water temp as hot as it can handle, along with the recommended amount of oxygen bleach.
