Step 1
Fill a spray bottle with 2 cups of water, 1 cup of white vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of dish soap. The vinegar will cut through hard spots of residue, while the dish soap will clean and leave fixtures free of streaks and spots.
Step 2
Spray this solution onto the fixtures, and wipe clean with a soft towel. Wipe in small circles, as you would to buff and polish the area.
Step 3
Wipe heavy spots of residue with pure white vinegar. Saturate the tip of a towel with white vinegar, and wipe over the spots until they have all been removed.
Step 4
Wipe the fixtures clean each time water comes into contact with the them, whenever possible. This will wipe away moisture before it has the opportunity to dry onto the fixtures, which is generally the cause of spots.
