Aries

They are drawn to crazy and sometimes dangerous workouts that others shy away from. Their fitness roadblock will be balancing nutrition with their active lifestyle. True to their symbol of a bull, Taurus women are persistent, strong-willed and happiest when they aren't bothered by others. Gemini women love to be social while they sweat. You'll find them at the front of the room enjoying a class that incorporates movement and laughter while getting fit. This twin sign has few problems following a healthy diet and loves eating fresh, healthy foods. Their major roadblock, however, is consistency. This sign tends to be flaky and can be a no-show, unless a friend or workout partner holds them accountable.

Cancer women are all about consistency and ritual. Once they find a workout they enjoy, they will stick to it for years. They are incredibly health-conscious and have little trouble with maintaining a well-balanced diet. Their only difficulty lies in their inability to try new things. You'll most likely find a Leo training for a marathon or major fitness event. This sign loves to prove how strong and capable they are, and won't shy away from exercises that intimidate others. This lion is fierce and knows it. They may be prone to eating an unbalanced diet of just a few food groups. They struggle with balance in general. Leo can be prone to injury because they push themselves too hard.

Virgo loves tried-and-true exercises. They will not waste time trying out new fad fitness routines and rely on their own intuitive knowledge about health to guide them. This dedicated goat sets a goal and always achieves it. Capricorn will take her fitness very seriously and won't let anyone or anything stop her. Don't plan on calling or texting a Capricorn while they're exercising, as they are the most likely to have their phones switched off. They may struggle with eating enough nutrient-dense foods since they're prone to latch onto a simple, unbalanced eating plan.

Prone to make a fitness plan and change their minds, Aquarius women struggle with finding a routine that works for them. They tend to be creative, out-of-the-box thinkers and may craft an workout tailored to their own likes and preferences. When it comes to eating, Aquarius may waver in her convictions.
