Maya shared the first photo of her baby after giving birth
In the photo, Maya is in the hospital, posing with husband Dave Miller and their new baby girl, who they named Emma Reign.
"This was a long 9 months as I kept my pregnancy as quiet as possible from social media. I gave birth a few days ago and words cannot express my sense of relief and happiness!" she wrote in an Instagram post.
She was born earlier this month at Baptist Hospital in Miami
And as Maya told People, she's feeling a lot of "relief" now that her baby is here and healthy.
"I got induced at 37 weeks. Given I had my stillbirth at 38, my doctor didn't want to take any chances, even monitoring me twice a week towards the end," she said. "I got induced and had a vaginal delivery, like all my children."
Maya is also mom to Aiden, 4, and Elle, 3.
They experienced a "scare" during birth

"Her heartbeat dropped as I was pushing. It turned out that the cord was around the neck," she told People. "It was scarier, given my recent loss. My husband was extremely worried, and I was focused on getting her out. My gyno, Dr. Senemar, was amazing, as well as the nurses."

She lost her previous pregnancy at 38 weeks
In December 2021, Maya revealed that she had a stillbirth, calling it the "hardest day of my life."
"Instead of delivering a baby, I get to go home with a memory box … I do not wish this on anyone," she shared at the time. "What was a regular weekly checkup turned into a nightmare that I never imagine will happen to me. Given I share my pregnancies in the show I knew I’ll have to post about this and avoid the 'When is your due date' question. You will always be in our heart, baby Mason."
Congratulations to Maya and her family
They have a lot to celebrate now that they're officially a family of five. And with three little ones in the house, we assume there's never a dull moment, especially with a newborn added to the mix.
We're so happy for Maya and her family!
