Nothing warms even the coldest heart like a toddler‘s infectious giggles as she meets her sibling. In a TikTok video of one little girl’s first meeting with her newborn baby brother, though, her reaction full of excitement, smiles, and laughter has people saying they already knew each other. Like, in another life, before their mother gave birth to them individually. Yeah, it’s a bit deep, but so adorable.
In the video, the toddler girl excitedly meets her baby brother in the hospital room. She can hardly contain her excitement and, sure, that can be said for a lot of happy toddlers meeting their new sibling for the first time. In this case, though, the love is already there big time, and people think that’s because this is only their first meeting here, on earth.
People think the siblings were reincarnated together.

If you believe in reincarnation of any kind, then this theory about these babies reuniting is for you. In the comments, almost everyone is in agreement that the happiest toddler ever and her little brother knew each other in another life and that the little girl is so happy because they found their way back to each other.
Hey, who am I to say if that’s how it works? The recognition on the little girl’s face is kind of hard to ignore when you see the flashes of it, intermixed with her literal screams of joy. Almost as if to say, “Bro, it’s you!” I mean, she doesn’t actually say anything, but you get it. And if you really get it, then you may be able to appreciate the theory from many about these two being reincarnated friends or siblings from another life before this one.

There is no follow up video to show what the siblings’ parents think of the theories about their kids knowing each other from a previous life. Some even commented to say that the brother and sister knew each other in Heaven, or whatever plane they were in before they were each born. But the parents didn’t share responses to the theories from people who are apparently super invested in this.
“She’s laughing because she’s like, ‘I told you I’d be the older one this time,'” a TikToker wrote in the comments. Is there really a wrong answer for why the sister is so excited if the answers just mean these siblings are meant to be together in every lifetime?
Someone else commented, “Oh baby she knew him before y’all did. She couldn’t wait to see him again.”
For a brother and sister to have a bond like that right away is a little uncommon, to be fair. Of course, it doesn’t necessarily mean there is reincarnation involved. But it’s definitely a lot more fun to consider that to be the reason.
