Moms Share Their Secret Recipes for Even the Pickiest of Eaters

Kids can be extremely picky and it can be the most frustrating thing in the world. All you want is to have your kid eat something besides crackers and air, and all he wants to do is turn his nose up at your gourmet meals. We’ve all been there. So I asked some moms to share their secret recipes that even the pickiest of eaters will devour. At least one of these is sure to appeal to your own little food snob.

For me, I give my picky son smoothies, and he sucks them down! I put different combinations in them: carrots, kale, spinach, etc. Then I add blueberries, banana or strawberries for the sweetness! He loves them and I love that I can load them with all the good stuff he won’t eat, particularly those veggies.

“Cheese sticks and deli turkey cut up. Everything always has to be cut up, but hey, it’s worth the extra work as long as she eats the food!” — Macy B.
