What to Know
As a modern parent, you have to be super careful about where you leave your phone, because so many kids are beyond well equipped with the skills to do anything from look up their favorite movie on a streamer to adding several items to your Amazon cart for their birthday. Speaking of adding things to your shopping cart, a mom on TikTok has gone viral after sharing how her 7-year-old daughter ordered $450 worth of groceries to their home on her phone without asking. Seriously, you should see the load of food this child ordered. This family should be good for at least a couple of months!
A TikTok mom shares how her 7-year-old took it upon herself to order one of the biggest loads of groceries you’ve ever seen.
Most parents nowadays love and appreciate a good delivery service. Whether it’s shopping on Amazon for some essentials or you just don’t have an hour of extra time in the week to make it to the grocery store, you can opt for delivery. What they lack in minimal fees, they make up for in convenience!
A parent account on TikTok, evieandceairaa, which showcases the antics of a mom and her kids, posted a hilarious video — okay, maybe not so funny when you’re the one footing the bill — of her 7-year-old daughter bringing in a load of groceries that arrived at their door without the mom’s prior knowledge.
The footage starts by the mom arriving at her door to see a mound of bagged groceries sitting outside and she asks her daughter, “Evie! What is all this?” She wonders if her husband ordered the groceries and she asks another kid who is out of sight if it was them. She finally gets a happy confirmation from Evie as she begins to move some of the groceries inside after she asks her, “Did you actually order these?” Well, at least she’s being truthful!
7-year-old Evie confirms that she sneakily used her mom’s phone to complete the grocery delivery.

There’s something to be said about a child who fesses up to things without feeling guilty. Seriously, you’re doing something right, mom! You’ve created a safe space.
The mom in this TikTok video has her suspicions confirmed when Evie finally confesses that she used her mom’s PayPal account on her phone to pay for the massive grocery order.
As young Evie is trying to load some of the groceries inside the house, her mom is curious about how she even knew what food to stock up on. Her daughter casually replies, “Because I know your brain.” Well, duh. While they’re both stifling giggles, the mom says, “You know my brain orders packs of chips?” Too funny.
Evie claims that she didn’t order anything over $50, but her mom’s account is telling a much different story.

After seeing all of the bags and boxes of groceries on her kitchen table and piled on the floor, the mom can’t help but exclaim, “My god!” Seriously, this 7-year-old’s fingers must have hurt after putting this grocery order together!
Still in shock, her mom asks her one more time if she ordered all these groceries, to which Evie replies, “It was only $50.” The mom quickly shares that on her account, it shows that her daughter placed an order for a whopping $450! Oh, you sweet girl. This seven-year-old really has no concept of what things actually cost.
After sorting through things and discovering that Evie ordered things like macaroni and cheese packs, chips, brownies, and soda — in her defense, you can see that she did order some pink salmon — her mom exclaims, “Evie, did you really need all these junk foods?” Apparently, she did!
