Waffle Wednesday Ice Cream Sandwiches

Ingredients

chocolatey chocolate chip frozen waffles

vanilla ice cream

sprinkles

mini chocolate chips

Directions

1. Toast frozen waffles in oven

2. Cool completely on a wire rack (about an hour)

3. Scoop ice cream onto waffle and top with second waffle

4. Dip sides into desired topping like sprinkles or mini chocolate chips
