Step 1
Comb out the hair and separate it into sections. The number of sections is based on personal preferences and the preferred end style.
Step 2
Start braiding the natural hair first, and gradually add synthetic hair around the natural hair. The synthetic hair must be added as close to the scalp as possible so it holds the natural hair in place.
Step 3
Tie off the hair with a small hair band or rubber band when the braid is complete. Move onto the next braid and repeat the process until all of the separated parts of the hair are braided.
