10 Halloween Breakfast Ideas

With Halloween falling on a Sunday, the options for the day are endless and you know what — us mamas want to flex. When the holidays are finally on a weekend, we can breathe a bit easier knowing that we can actually prepare for it, and even make something from scratch (or — let’s be real — semi-homemade) like a nutritious breakfast.

And we all know how important breakfast is. “Study after study shows that kids who eat breakfast function better,” Dr. Marcie Beth Schneider told Healthy Children.org. “They do better in school, and have better concentration and more energy.”

For the sake of our sanity, let’s make sure that this Halloween is full of fun, and that the festivities start right with a ghoulish Halloween breakfast.

Here are ten of our favorite Halloween breakfast ideas.
