Step 1
Move any furniture or other objects away from the wall, leaving 3 or 4 feet of open space from the wall.
Step 2
Place the towels on the floor against the wall. This will protect your carpet or hardwood floor and prevent any spills that you could slip on.
Step 3
Combine 1 tsp. dish washing soap with warm water into the spray bottle. Shake the bottle thoroughly to mix the solution.
Step 4
Sweep away any visible debris including cobwebs and dust.
Step 5
Spray a section of the wall with the spray bottle. Use a rag to scrub the wall, removing any dirt and debris. Move up and down the entire wall, replacing the rag as needed.
