Find an excuse other than mimosas to use all those champagne flutes. In fact, go ahead and try this elegant but comforting bellini made with pear purée.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons pear purée
Champagne or sparkling wine
Splash pomegranate juice
Pomegranate seeds for garnish—optional
Directions
- Pour pear puree into the bottom of a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine. Add a splash of pomegranate juice. Drop in a few pomegranate seeds.
