Recipe: Glowing Skin Juice
Serves 1 (1–1¼ cups)
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon fresh or bottled aloe vera
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 medium-size cucumber, unpeeled
Directions
- Place the chia seeds in the base of your bowl so they can soak up the juice.
- Pour the fresh or bottled aloe vera on top, and then juice the orange and cucumber to finish off.
