Glowing Skin Juice

Recipe: Glowing Skin Juice

Serves 1 (1–1¼ cups)

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon fresh or bottled aloe vera
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 medium-size cucumber, unpeeled

Directions

  1. Place the chia seeds in the base of your bowl so they can soak up the juice.
  2. Pour the fresh or bottled aloe vera on top, and then juice the orange and cucumber to finish off.
