Ingredients
1 2⁄3 ounces gin
1⁄2 ounce white Lillet
1/4 fresh pomegranate
2 thin slices of sweet chili
superfine (caster) sugar
lemon wedge
thin slice of chili for garnish
Directions

Use the sugar and the wedge of lemon to crust half of the rim of a chilled cocktail glass.

Muddle the pomegranate in the bottom of a shaker. Add ice and the remaining ingredients and shake. Strain into the glass.

Slit the slice of chili and place it on the rim of the glass.
