It’s not often this celebrity mom shares an update on her child, but this time it’s for a pretty special reason. On Monday, Naomi Campbell shared footage of her daughter at a mosque while they’re visiting Abu Dhabi, something that’s been pretty rare since she was born in May 2021.

According to the supermodel’s caption, during her trip she took what she called a “breathtaking tour” of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. Just by looking at these photos, it’s easy to see how this must have been such a beautiful experience.
She included photos and video of her daughter
Naomi has been very private about her little girl since her arrival — in fact, she’s never even told fans what name she chose to give her. So it’s no surprise that her face is hidden in these photos and video as she toddles along the mosque, holding her mom’s hand.
Naomi announced her daughter's birth in May 2021
She didn’t share many details at the time — and the photo she originally shared has since been deleted from her Instagram account — but she did express how grateful she was to become a mom for the first time at 50.
“So honoured to have this gentle soul in my life,” she wrote at the time. “There are no words to describe the lifelong bond that I now share with you, my angel. There is no greater love.”
We haven't seen her daughter much since then
Though baby girl did join her mama for an epic Vogue cover shoot before she even celebrated her first birthday — talk about an accomplishment! — Naomi has rarely shared photos of her with her fans and followers.
In celebration of the New Year, she did share a few peeks of her little girl, letting the world see how much she’s grown.
Mom life seems to be working for Naomi
With her daughter’s second birthday just a few months away, it looks like their little family has a lot to celebrate these days.
