Now that Khloé Kardashian is a single lady again following her split from Tristan Thompson, romance is the last thing on her mind. At least, that's what she said during her latest podcast appearance. Apparently, Khloé doesn't want to date — and it might stay that way for a while.
Khloé and Tristan went their separate ways earlier this year
Though Tristan had gotten wrapped up in multiple cheating scandals that led to this on-again, off-again couple to break up more than once, it seems the latest was the last straw. After news got out that Tristan had fathered a baby with another woman while in a relationship with Khloé, she appears to have moved on for good.
She opened up about dating after her breakup
While appearing on the "Not Skinny But Not Fat" podcast, Khloé said that she's content in her life right now as it is.
"I don't feel lonely. I don't want to date," she said. "I feel like I'm so busy with work. I'm so obsessed with my girl. Like I love being a mom, so I just am busy."
Fortunately, there doesn't seem to be any drama between her and Tristan
Even though the way things ended between them was obviously not an easy situation to walk through, Khloé said that they've found a way to get along for their daughter, True, who is now 4 years old.
"She has a routine, she FaceTimes [Thompson] every night," she said. "It's just very cordial. There's just not drama. Like to me, the facts are facts … I know the facts and that's enough for me."
So far, Khloé seems to be enjoying her life as a mom
She's been through a lot over the past four years, but nothing seems to have gotten in the way of how much Khloé has loved her journey into motherhood, and it's so sweet to watch her and True together. Despite the drama between her parents, this is one lucky little girl.
Khloé is just truly beginning her life as a single mom
That being said, it's totally possible she might change her mind about dating someday — and if she doesn't, that's OK too. All that matters is that she and True are happy … and hopefully she's starting to heal from all the ups and downs the past few years have brought.
