Celebrity moms: Sometimes they're just like us! Actress Jessica Biel revealed that her 3-year-old son, Phineas, is a typical preschooler and is going through a "beige food phase."
"My kids are picky eaters," she told SheKnows in an interview. "Or at least my 3-year-old is definitely going through the beige food phase."

No one is safe from the beige food phase
If you're lucky enough to not know what she's talking about, beige foods are things like chicken nuggets, fries, and bread. While these foods are certainly delicious, they're not necessarily the most nutrient-dense.
"I struggle getting vegetables in my kids too," Jessica admitted.
It's nice to hear that no matter who you are, there's a chance your kid will refuse to eat their broccoli at dinner.
Jessica does have tips and tricks
Jessica admitted that she and her husband, Justin Timberlake, are not above bribery or incentivizing their boys to eat their veggies.
"We often try incentives to taste new foods or offer a fun experience at the end of the week if vegetables are consumed every day, things like that," she shared. "And it’s fun to make it a really big deal when they do try something new and healthy! Positive feedback and reinforcement!"
That's actually a really great idea!
Jessica shared another thing she has in common with us "regular" moms
"The morning rush is really chaotic," she admitted, nailing a point for a lot of families. "And a rush it is. I feel like I am rushing my kids from one moment to the next."
Morning chaos is a prime source of mom guilt for all of us, and Jessica is no different.
"I feel badly that they have to start their day under that kind of stress and am always looking to find a better balance around getting them to school on time, fed and dressed for the day and not feeling like a drill sergeant," she added.
Her comments resonate with all moms on a deep level. And it goes to show that even with more resources and help, celebrity moms aren't immune to the same feelings all of us non-celebrity moms deal with.
