Gisele Bündchen is planting new roots. Nearly a year after her divorce from former NFL player Tom Brady, the former supermodel and the ex-couple's two kids, Benjamin and Vivian, have moved into a new home in Southwest Ranches, Florida. From the looks of it, it's a really cool place to live and is located near several of Florida's top-rated private schools.

The home is decked out with the best amenities
The nearly 5,200-square-feet home includes an open-concept living room with a fireplace and a floating-glass staircase — sounds breathtaking! The gourmet kitchen features Italian Calacatta quartz countertops and a built-in bar. Also located on the property is an outdoor kitchen with a hibachi grill, a pizza oven, a barbecue pit, and a wine fridge. What's not to love about this home?
According to a release shared with Mom.com, the former couple owned multiple properties in New York, Massachusetts, Montana, and Florida. Now the newly single mom of two also has a home in Surfside, Florida, across the street from Tom's home in Indian Creek.
She bought the home for privacy reasons
Gisele bought a 7.5-acre horse ranch so that Vivian, who is 10, could ride her horse Item in private.
"Because I was taking her riding at this place, and every time I was taking her there, it became paparazzi central. I was like, 'I can't live like this. I want to be enjoying with my daughter,'" she told People. "This should be a fun thing that we get to do together. So I was like, this way, I can have her practice what she loves…," she added.
Their new home has 10 horse stalls, which is good, because apparently Vivian is already trying to talk her mom into getting Item a friend.
"But she's already like, 'Mom, I have to have a new horse to jump higher.' I'm like, 'Calm down.' 'I'll work, mom. I'll work and I'll help you,'" Gisele revealed.
It sounds like Vivian might be a bit of a daredevil
"She's like, 'I need to jump higher.' I'm like, 'You're 10, calm down,'" Gisele shared. "'Your horse jumps like a meter, 20. You're going to be fine. I think it's fine where you're jumping right now.'"
Their new house will have a lot more than just the family living there
Aside from the 10 horse stalls, Gisele's new home has some other very cool amenities. There are nine bedrooms, and a suite on the first floor with a private bathroom. There's also room to play soccer, tennis courts, an infinity pool with a hot tub, and an outdoor kitchen.
The listing agent, Chad Bishop, said Gisele plans to have chickens and other farm animals on the property.
The home, which is near the Everglades, is between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Some of their new neighbors include Dwayne Johnson, former football player Brandon Marshall, and former Miami Heat star Udonis Haslem.
