Dania Santana, aka
MamiCool, is the founder and chief writer of the blog, LaFamiliaCool.com.
She was born and raised in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, where she earned
degrees in social communications and journalism and began her career as a
reporter. Dania is a writer, translator and copyeditor and the founder and CEO
of Cool Communications, LLC a bilingual content creation and translation
company that works with clients nationwide helping them reach Hispanics in
their own language. Dania is currently based in Raleigh, N. C. with her
husband, toddler daughter and 20-month-old son.
What was your favorite toy growing up?
I had many
dolls growing up, but there was one that I really loved. It was a señorita; it
had red, short hair, earrings and a beautiful dress. I took her
everywhere. She was my very own princess.
