What was your favorite childhood toy?

Paper dolls. I had a large collection, and I would spend hours changing their outfits and creating stories around their lives. They were mostly supermodels and actresses. I was also a precocious reader: I asked my mom to get me a subscription to Seventeen Magazine when I was 11 and read "One Hundred Years of Solitude" for "fun" when I was 14.
