September is widely known as the unofficial beginning of autumn, my very favorite time of year. I'm not sure if it's the cooler weather, the changing leaves, or the festive outings that make this time of year so fun. Some of my favorite memories from my own childhood are from the autumn season—chili suppers, football games, carving pumpkins. These are the best kinds of activities in my book!
