Woman Violently Threw a Skee Ball at a Kid’s Head at an Arcade, Police Say

The Cape May County police in New Jersey are looking for a woman who hit a child in the head with a skee ball. A video that the police department shared on Facebook shows a woman in a white dress throwing the ball that presumably struck the child. She is playing a bowling game with a different child, which you can see in the video that is likely security footage.

According to police, the woman in the white dress was involved in a "disagreement with another patron of the arcade." Whatever happened during this disagreement led the woman to throw the ball at them, except she didn't hit her intended target and ended up hitting a child "in the back of the head."

During the entire video, the woman in white is seen with a different child, but no relation has been made between the two.

At the beginning of the video, the woman is seen talking to a kid. It's hard to know if the disagreement happened before this moment, but you can assume that it might have.

The woman has her hands on her hips while the kid talks, and you can see the kid point to something in the distance.

While they're talking, there is a crowd around the bowling game. But by the time they're done, the crowd has dissipated. In the video, she can also be seen putting money into the game and then almost immediately throwing the ball.

A man steps into the frame and says something to her, and she replies in a way that can be seen as confrontational. The child with her goes back to playing the game before another child joins and they leave.

The police shared another photo of the woman alongside "other subjects that appear to know her." They are still looking for her.
