A Disney-loving couple recently stumbled into one of the most creative (and magical) gender reveal ideas yet. According to Insider, Donimalina ("Doni") and Jake Aria had planned a fourth anniversary trip to Walt Disney World but switched gears to make it a babymoon.

Doni had seen other Disney-inspired gender reveals before
With that in mind, she thought it would be pretty cool if they found a good character in the park to help share the news. And, after thinking long and hard about it, she decided on one of Disney's princesses to be part of the announcement.
Or at least, that was the plan.
During their trip to the theme park, things went a bit sideways
Before meeting any of the classic Disney princesses, the couple wound up meeting the iconic stepsisters from Cinderella, who quickly derailed their plans.
The pair is known as "Cinderella's evil stepsisters," but their names in the classic Disney movie are Anastasia and Drizella Tremaine.
And as it turned out, these two ladies were perfect for the gender reveal.
They did the reveal on March 20 after finding out she was pregnant in October 2022
In the video, which is now going viral, Doni stands between the two women and starts by asking them a simple question.
"We're here celebrating our babymoon and we just wanted to know if you guys think it's going to be a boy or a girl," the mom-to-be asked. "We're gonna find out here in a few minutes."
@donut_hold_the_sprinkles The cat is out of the bag! #anastasiaanddrizella were not my first choice, but after our first interaction with them seeing their chemistry & how genuinly excited they were, we both knew they were AMAZING! And HAD to ask them to do our #genderreveal no regrets at all! They were HANDS DOWN the best interaction we had on our entire trip! If anyone is friends with them, please get this to them! They were the sweetest! @disneyparks they are now two of my favorite characters to interact with #disneygenderreveal #disneycharacters #disneymeetandgreet #babyaria #itsagirl ♬ original sound – Doni Aria
Once Doni explains that the couple is going to ask one of the Disney princesses to reveal the gender, the stepsisters immediately demand to be the ones who break the news instead. (After all, they are two of the pushiest people in Disney cartoon history.)
Figuring that would still be fun, the couple started to consider it
"I mean, we do have the envelope," Jake told his wife.
"Yeah, but we don't have the balloons," Doni replied.
But that's when the stepsisters started to launch a campaign for themselves.

"Where are the balloons?" they start shouting in the video. "How do we get the balloons?!"
"Lady, lady — you can't come here and tell us that you're about to go do this with all the princesses," says Drizella, just as her sister Anastasia cuts in to scream, "WITHOUT US!!!!"
"When you clearly love us the most and that's why you came to see us first," Drizella continues.
Soon, the Tremaine sisters start making guesses at the gender
"That's so hard," says Drizella. "Because if you have a girl she could grow up to be just like us, and she'll be a royal and everyone will love her."
"But if you have a boy," she continues, "you can make him do all the work for you."
"Maybe he can marry one of us!" Anastasia chimes in.

The two sisters then start giving some unsolicited (and highly questionable) parenting advice, including the suggestion that once their baby reaches the crawling stage, they should put sponges on the little one's hands so the child can help clean the floors.
The couple eventually departs, opting to stick to their original plan
But just a few hours later, they return to inform the Tremaines that they changed their minds and want the sisters to do the honors instead.
This time, instead of balloons, the couple have a Mickey and Minnie doll which they hand to the sisters along with a tiny envelope. While closing their eyes, they ask the Tremaine sisters to open the envelope and hand them a stuffed Mickey or Minnie, depending on the gender.
The sisters oblige, and before you know it … they're handing a Minnie doll to the couple, who open their eyes in shock and excitement.
People have been loving the video ever since it first went up
"The fact that they broke character while still remaining in character is chefs kiss," one commenter wrote.
"This is the best and Anastasia's energy is so great," said another. "Love it."
"Give those casties a raise!!!" someone else told the Disney gods. "This was so wholesome."
Even someone who said they typically don't like gender reveals because they're "so played out," found the whole thing to be "the cutest effing thing" they'd ever seen.
In the end, the Arias were so happy that they decided to switch plans
During an interview with Insider, Doni said that her husband had actually thought it would be fun to ask a villain to do the reveal, and even suggested the Tremaine sisters or someone like Gaston from Beauty and the Beast. But at the time, Doni wasn't so sure.
Instead, she thought it would be fun to have a bunch of characters guess the baby's gender before handing the big reveal over to a classic princess, like Cinderella or Belle.
"Everybody's responses were good, but they weren't super boisterous or excited," the mom-to-be shared. "It wasn't anything compared to Anastasia and Drizella. So we had that first exchange with them, walked away, and said, 'Yeah, we should go back.'"
Clearly, they have no regrets on that one and now have a unique gender reveal for the books.
