This is certainly a new way of creating brotherly love

TikTok user @theonlydamimami shared the video with the caption "My brother in law made his sons hug & sing Wayan Bros Intro cause they wont stop fighting "

In the video, two young Black boys stand together hugging each other while their dad films them. The boys can be heard singing the theme song to the '90s show The Wayans Bros. over and over again.

"Gimme a high five!"

"Tired of all that arguing and fighting," said the text on the video.

Neither of the boys look particularly excited about their punishment, and it shows in their performance. While their tone isn't hostile, it's not enthusiastic enough for their father off-camera.

It's hard to say if the experiment was successful

As the boys are singing and giving each other lackluster high fives, you can hear the dad tell them to smile and pretend like they like each other and their punishment.

"Keep going, I didn't say stop," the dad says. "Say it with a smile."

People found the unconventional method hilarious
