I'm a Texas girl and crave Texas sweet tea in the summer. These green tea paletas tastes just like sweet tea on a stick. Green tea helps to detoxify the body by eliminating harmful free radicals, so you can feel good about indulging with these refreshingly light paletas, especially on a sweltering hot day. They're the easiest pops you'll ever make—only three ingredients. These paletas melt pretty quickly so it's best to eat them right away. A handy idea to prevent dripping: Slip a foil cupcake liner up over the wooden stick. Genius, right?
