Stonyfield + Mom.me Celebrate Baby’s 6-Month Birthday

Mom.me recently teamed up with Stonyfield yogurt to host a fun-filled 6-month group birthday party for Los Angeles babies and their mamas at the gorgeous The London hotel in West Hollywood. The day was filled with expert advice, scrumptious food (including yogurt!) and baby-friendly activities, making it a lovely day of relaxation and education for mamas and babies.

Pediatrician Dr. Tanya Altmann, author of "What to Feed Your Baby," was on hand to answer any burning questions moms had on anything related to feeding their newly solids-eating babies or picky toddlers and beyond.

The adorable farm-themed decor really highlighted Stonyfield's approach to feeding babies: organic, healthy and family-friendly.

Babies (and mamas) were treated to delicious no-sugar-added Stonyfield yogurt in addition to a delicious brunch.

Books and Cookies brought the fun with some awesome music and story time. Seriously, is there anything cuter than a baby drum circle?!

Dr. Tanya Altmann highlights some awesome first foods for babies as young as six months old: avocados, whole milk yogurt, eggs and salmon are just a few. If Baby doesn't seem to like it at first, try, try again. Altmann says it can take a dozen tries for a Baby to get used to a new food.

The crazy talented Amy Tan was on hand to create beautiful baby name calligraphy keepsakes for all the mamas in attendance.

Television personality Maria Sansone hosted a Facebook Live with Dr. Tanya Altmann, and moms from all over the world could ask Dr. Altmann all their burning baby-feeding questions.

It wasn't just the babies clamoring for Stonyfield's inventive yogurt combinations like this banana-cinnamon-quinoa concoction. Moms were loving it, too. Who knew babies could have so many delicious yogurt choices?

Kids were thrilled to "adopt" barnyard animals they could take care of at home.
