Raw Coconut Chocolate ‘Kisses’

Ingredients

8 medjool dates, pitted

1/4 cup raw almonds

1/4 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut flakes, plus more for rolling.

1 teaspoon cocoa powder

Directions

  1. In a food processor, first process almonds until coarsely chopped. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until combined. You may need to scrape the sides a couple of times with a rubber spatula.

  2. Take about a tablespoon of the mixture and using your hands, roll into a ball. Roll in extra coconut flakes.

  3. Wrap in a small piece of aluminum foil, and store in the fridge
