Meet the astrological power moms
Dec. 22 – Jan. 19
Capricorn moms do not mess around, y'all. These women are at the top of their game when it comes to organization, direction and dedication. Nothing is more important to this sea-goat sign than their families and they will move mountains to take care of them. As partners, these ladies are devoted but can be distant, too. Caps need their space! Keep reading to see which celeb moms fall under this duty-bound sign.
Jordin Sparks
Born: Dec. 22, 1989
Mom-to-be Jordin Sparks is due to welcome her first child in spring 2018. The singer, songwriter and actress (who shot to fame after winning "American Idol" in 2007) just married her model hubby Dana Isaiah in July, meaning she's got a lot to celebrate. Although we haven't heard much musically from Jordin since 2015, she did have two onscreen roles in 2017, including a spot on the musical comedy series "The Real O'Neals" and in the upcoming drama "God Bless the Broken Road."
Emilie de Ravin
Born: Dec. 27, 1981
Actress, girlfriend and toddler mom Emilie de Ravin rose to fame in 2002 as a recurring cast member on the hit ABC drama "Lost." After the show ended in 2010, Emilie took on roles in films like "Operation: Endgame" and "Love and Other Troubles." In 2012, the Australian native landed the role of Belle in the hit series "Once Upon a Time." Sadly, in 2017, fans of the show mourned Belle's onscreen death, meaning Emilie isn't going to be returning to the fantasy series in 2018.

Kate Middleton
Born: Jan. 9, 1982
Perhaps the most beloved mum in the western world is the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton. The wife of Prince William and mother to the next line of royal offspring (aka Prince George and Princess Charlotte) recently announced she's expecting another heir to the throne in early spring 2018. Along with being a mom, wife, philanthropist and social advocate, Kate is also a style icon, creating fashion trends with a smile.
Yolanda Foster
Born: Jan. 11, 1964
Dutch model Yolanda Foster won our hearts as a star of the Bravo reality series "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." As the mom of two supermodels (daughters Gigi Hadid and Bella Hadid) and a rising male model (son Anwar Hadid), Yolanda knows a thing or two about looking good. Even though she's battling chronic Lyme disease and decided to leave "RHOBH," Yolanda's not down for the count. In 2017, she published her memoir "Believe Me" and travels the world to support her famous kids.
Amanda Peet
Born: Jan. 11, 1972
Actress Amanda Peet, who's known for roles on films like "A Lot Like Love" and "Sleeping With Other People," as well as TV shows like "The Good Wife," "Togetherness" and "Brockmire," also happens to be a mom of three kiddos. Married since 2006 to screenwriter and producer husband David Benioff ("Game of Thrones"), Amanda has managed to balance family life and her successful career in Hollywood. Up next for this sparkly-eyed star is the new TV series drama "The Romanoffs," which debuts in 2018.
Julia Louis Dreyfus
Born: Jan. 13, 1961
The most Emmy Award-winning actress, writer and producer of all time, Julia Louis-Dreyfus (who's won 9 statues out of 24 impressive nominations), is also the mother of two sons and has been married for 30 years (pretty impressive by Hollywood standards). As the executive producer and star of "Veep," Julia's been busy the last five years. Sadly, the show is coming to an end in 2018 after Season 7. Julia, who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer, will be taking a much-needed break to focus on her treatment.
Regina King
Born: Jan. 15, 1971
We've loved Regina King since her days as a child star on the '80s hit comedy series "227." The mom of one adult son continued to act throughout the '90s and early 2000s in films like "Daddy Day Care" and "Ray" but rose to prominence once more with her role on the series "Southland." From 2015 to 2017, Regina starred on the critically acclaimed anthology "American Crime," which earned her two Emmy Awards. In 2018, Regina will star in the crime drama "If Beale Street Could Talk."
Kate Moss
Born: Jan. 16, 1974
Supermodel turned talent agent Kate Moss has many stories to tell. From her impressive portfolio of modeling work to her rumored bad-girl behavior (which included drug allegations) or even her famous romances (like Johnny Depp in the early '90s), Kate has lived life going full speed ahead. Now the mom of one teenage daughter (who looks strikingly like her mama) is running her own agency (called KMA) and is dating Count Nikolai von Bismarck, a member of the British royal family.

Former first lady Michelle Obama celebrates her 54th birthday on Jan. 17, 2018. The lawyer and writer, who became an inspirational figure in the White House (and beyond), turned philanthropist in 2017 with the unveiling of her and Barack Obama's nonprofit, The Obama Foundation, which strives to empower young people to change the world. Michelle, who's also the mom of former first children Malia and Sasha, is working on her memoir, due (hopefully) on bookshelves in 2018.
Zooey Deschanel
Born: Jan. 17, 1980
Wife, mom, producer, actress and singer Zooey Deschanel just welcomed her second child in May 2017 with the birth of her son, Charlie Wolf. The "New Girl" star and executive producer is wrapping up her hit series in 2018 after seven amazing seasons. While we're not sure what's next for Zooey's Hollywood career, we are hopeful her band, She & Him, will keep blessing our ears with new music.
