Cynthia Rowley's collection for Staples is making us want to hit the books again, and that's saying a lot. With her penchant for vibrant colors and patterns, we weren't surprised the office supply super chain tapped the New York-based designer for an exclusive capsule of notebooks, pens, file holders, clips, staplers, pencils and more.
Rowley, who graduated from art school in Chicago, launched her namesake brand in 1988 with only $3000. Since then she has won the Perris Ellis Award by the Council of Fashion Designers of America for New Fashion Talent and has expanded her line into accessories, cosmetics, fragrance, home and menswear. In addition, she has appeared as a judge on "24-Hour Catwalk" and "Project Runway."
Common supplies can be mundane, so we were pretty ecstatic about the colorful palette. Decked out in multicolored florals of both vibrant and moody hues, shopping for supplies just got prettier. Perfect for back-to-school, your daughter will be the envy of all her friends with her super-chic set. Just don't forget to grab some for yourself.
