From toddlers to grandparents, everyone can find something fun to do in Orlando. Here are some things to do on your next adventure there:
1. Go to the botanical gardens. The Harry P. Leu Gardens have over 50 acres to explore, with a butterfly garden, a nature center, and a kids’ play area.
2. Check out ICON Park. This International Drive favorite has more than 50 shops, bars, restaurants, and amusement park rides. It’s also home to The Wheel, Madame Tussauds, Museum of Illusions, SEA LIFE Aquarium, 7D Motion Theater, and Pearl Express.
3. Spend the day(s) at a theme park. The Orlando area is the Theme Park Capital of the World, home to Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, and LEGOLAND. They present stories of the mythical (Pandora and Star Wars), the heroic (Harry Potter and Spider-man), and earthly wonders (Antarctic penguins and African wildlife).
4. Go to the Orlando Science Center. No matter what ages you’re traveling with, the Orlando Science Center will keep them interested for hours. With interactive activities and exhibits, this is an unforgettable educational experience.
5. Get some retail therapy. For anyone who loves shopping, the Florida Mall is a great place to find everything you need (there’s even a Play Park for kids). You can also check out Mall at Millennia!
