Teeth Whitening

Before you invest in fancy teeth whiteners, hit your local drug store and pick up some H202. Then after you brush your teeth, swish a capful of hydrogen peroxide for about one minute.

And no, don't swallow any of the hydrogen peroxide. It's strictly for gargling, not chugging.
