Paris Hilton is still pretty new to being a mom, and she's prone to making mistakes. Thankfully, she's been good about correcting the mistakes fans have pointed out on social media. Recently, she thanked a fan who shared that Paris' son, Phoenix, was not correctly wearing his life jacket while they were in the water.

Paris shared a video of herself holding 1-year-old Phoenix in the water. A concerned follower commented: "Hey momma just a tip from another puddle jumper mom i think it’s on backwards. But i love this video pure joy."
"Oops! Thank you! I never let him out of my arms. thought it was backwards too, I said that to the person who I bought it from & they said it was on right. But thank you so much for letting me know. ," Paris replied. It seems that she was genuinely appreciative of the information, especially because the person was so nice about it.
Another one of Paris' followers chimed in with a useful piece of advice for Paris and her water baby. "Swimming teacher here, see if you can swap the puddle jumper for a float jacket. Gives him the use of his arms to aide his swim journey ❤️," they wrote.
"Thank you ," Paris replied.
This wasn't the first time Paris' followers have commented on one of her posts and given her a bit of safety advice regarding Phoenix and his little sister, London. In a since-deleted video, Paris showed her two kids in their car seats, which were facing forward. Children under the age of 2 are supposed to be rear-facing, which many of her followers pointed out. Paris took the advice to heart and made the correction.
"Thanks for the mom advice, I'm new to this☺️ The #CutesieCrew is now ready for take off in the #SlivingMom van," she captioned a new video showing the kids in their properly installed seats.
When a fan praised her for not taking offense, Paris got real. "No, I’m not taking offense.☺️I am a new mom and just learning as I go. So I appreciate advice when it is kind as I’m just trying to be the best mom I can be ," she replied.
