If it seems like every single Duggar had a baby in the last year, that's because they basically did. In 2019 alone, there were four new additions to the big Duggar fam. There were also a few 2018 babies, and even one to kick off 2020. The most recent January baby, Grace Duggar, may be the family's last for a while, if only just because these past couple of years have been super busy for the Duggar moms and dads. "I think our hearts have grown 10 sizes!" John-David and Abbie Duggar captioned this sweet photo of their newborn daughter. She's the couple's first child and it's easy to tell they're over the moon about being parents.
She was born to start the new year
Many Duggar babies were born in 2019, but little Grace waited until 2020 to make her grand debut. She was born on January 7. "We are quite smitten by our new bundle of joy and are soaking in all of her little newborn snuggles!" the new parents wrote at the time.
She could be the last Duggar baby for a while
Abbie was the final Duggar family member expecting, so Grace's birth could be the last one for a while. Of course, these Duggars love to keep adding to their families, so Grace probably won't be the newest baby for long. Here's who has joined her recently.
Maryella Hope Duggar
Josh Duggar and his wife Anna welcomed a baby girl on November 27, just a day before Thanksgiving. "A great reminder to be grateful for all God has done for us!" Anna wrote on Instagram, alongside a photo introducing Maryella to the world.
She's the couple's 6th child
Josh and Anna are already parents to 9-year-old Mackenzie, 8-year-old Michael, 6-year-old Marcus, 3-year-old Meredith, and 2-year-old Mason. Maryella kept the parents' tradition of using "M" names alive.
Anna had a bee-themed gender reveal
The kids poured water into a fake beehive until pink liquid came flowing out, signaling that the baby would be a girl. "Each child God has given us is unique and special — we all look forward to the arrival of our daughter/sister this fall!" Anna wrote on Instagram.
Bella Milagro Duggar
Bella joined the world on November 8, 2019, just in time to celebrate her first Christmas shortly after her birthday. Look how cute she is here, in her holiday dress. Her parents Josiah and Lauren Duggar captioned this photo "#blessed."
Her name has a special meaning
Bella Milagro means "beautiful miracle," which is exactly what she was for her parents. "Our hearts are so full! We are so thankful for God blessing us with such a healthy baby girl!" Josiah and Lauren captioned the photo that introduced her to the world.
Previously, Lauren experienced a miscarriage
In late 2018, Lauren experienced a miscarriage of what would have been her and Josiah's first baby. That makes little Bella their rainbow child, coming into the world with her light after such a tragic loss.
Addison Renee Duggar
Joseph Duggar and his wife Kendra married in 2017 and quickly welcomed two children. The youngest, Addison Renee, was born on November 2, 2019. Now they're a happy family of four.

Jessa originally shared a due date with Lauren Duggar
Before Lauren miscarried, she and Jessa were due on the same day. Jessa posted to Instagram about the mixed feelings of continuing on in her pregnancy while her sister-in-law could not. "As we look forward to meeting our baby, we’re also feeling an exceptional amount of grief over my brother Josiah and sister-in-law Lauren’s loss of their baby," she wrote. "My heart aches for them. I weep when I think of how difficult it must be for her to see me pregnant in the very stages where she would’ve been — right up through the baby’s due date."

Gideon Martyn Forsyth

Sadly, Joy-Anna's second child was stillborn
Tragically, in July of 2019, Joy-Anna had a stillbirth 20 weeks into her pregnancy. Us Weekly reported that Joy-Anna and Austin named the baby Annabell Elise. "Annabell means 'God has favored me,' and Elise means 'God satisfies,'" they explained. "What a precious thing to know that when our daughter opened her eyes, the first thing she saw was the face of Jesus."
