Katy Perry Reveals Her Toddler Daughter, Daisy, Is in a ‘Boundary-Pushing’ Phase

It sounds like Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom's daughter, Daisy, is at "that age." You know the one where the answer to every question is "no" and every rule is tested? During an appearance on Live With Kelly and Ryan on Tuesday, Katy opened up about 17-month-old Daisy's tendency to push her mom to the limit — and boy, can we relate!

Katy has said in the past that her daughter is a mix of both her and Orlando

The proud mama once told People how Daisy was turning out to have a good blend of both Katy and Orlando's feisty personalities. "She is a combination of both me and her father — we are fearless with lots of chutzpah and just big characters," Katy joked at the time.

It sounds like Daisy is really starting to show off all that character!

Now it seems that the little girl is trying to see what she can get away with at home

During Tuesday's virtual guest appearance, Katy joked that her daughter is doing the opposite of pretty much everything her mom tells her to. "She's starting to push her boundaries," she revealed, adding that Daisy "loves to throw food on the floor to the dogs."

We're sure parents everywhere can relate to that one!

Daisy also has developed a dangerous fixation on a common household item

When asked what kind of things Daisy is into, Katy revealed that her daughter has a potentially scary affinity for their electrical outlets. "I think if you gave all of the toys that you ever wanted to a kid, they would still want to touch outlets," Katy joked.

How scary!

The new mom even joked about creating a special kids' line of outlets

Obviously, Katy would never seriously do it, but she did entertain the idea of toy outlets for kids. "I think — I don't even know if this is on the market — but someone should make like a plushy electrical outlet or something," she joked.

Cohost Kelly Ripa, a veteran mom, quickly pointed out how bad of an idea that would be, saying that the "goal is to keep [kids] away from them and not make them more enticing."

Katy is just like every other toddler mom

The pop star continues to be super relatable as she shares the ups and downs of motherhood. It's nice to know that even wealthy Hollywood A-listers still have to deal with toddlers who won't listen and who would rather pass over all their toys in favor of playing with the one thing you tell them not to play with!
