It looks like Kate Middleton has always been a royal cutie, judging by the throwback photo of herself as a baby that she posted on Saturday.
The mom of three shared the sweet snapshot to celebrate the launch of her newest campaign for the Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood, called "Shaping Us." We can't get over how much she resembles her youngest son, Prince Louis, in the image!
Kate posted the photo on her and Prince William's official Instagram account
The image shows a cherub-faced baby Kate reaching her tiny hands toward her father Michael Middleton's face. She captioned the picture, "Faces are a baby's best toy," before touching on how a person's early childhood years shape the path their life takes. Raising awareness of the importance of those formative years has long been a passion project for the Princess of Wales, and it seems like she's working harder than ever to spread the word.
Kate invited others to take part and share their own childhood photos

"This weekend, we'd love for you all to spend time with your friends, families, colleagues, and communities talking about your early childhoods and how they've shaped your lives," Kate wrote.
"I hope you'll also consider joining me in sharing a picture of yourselves before your fifth birthday to help with those conversations and to share some smiles and memories, too."
We've seen old photos of Kate in the past
When Kate's mother, Carole Middleton, celebrated her birthday at the start of 2022, her family honored her with a picture from Kate's childhood. In the black-and-white photo, Carole can be seen smiling while surrounded by her children, including the future princess (looking very excited about using that party blower).
Kate's time may be limited with her Centre for Early Childhood projects

With King Charles in his 70s, the newly minted princess likely won't have a long time until she gets another promotion, this time to queen consort. So some believe that she and William are going to spend the next several years trying to accomplish as much as they can with the organizations that are nearest and dearest to them before William ascends the throne.
Hopefully Kate will share even more throwbacks

She has proven time and time again how photogenic she is, so we've got our fingers crossed that she and the foundation will capitalize on that fact and share some more sweet snapshots from her childhood. If they're all as cute as this one, we're willing to bet they'll raise a lot of attention for her project!
