Jeremiah and Hannah Duggar Reveal Surprising Way They Plan to Raise Their Baby Daughter

Jeremiah and Hannah Duggar seem to be making some pretty unconventional plans about how they will raise their daughter. In a fan Q&A session on Instagram, Jeremiah and Hannah revealed their baby will live in their RV — they have no plans to relocate to a house like fans thought they might.

One fan asked them if they were still living in their renovated RV

Hannah shared that they were, and now that it's winter, she said she was grateful for all of the work Jeremiah put in making sure that it would be a "warm and cozy" place to live.

"Honestly, I love the camper so much and I think it'll work great while the baby is still little," she said. "We will move into a house eventually, but we aren't in a rush. This has been perfect for us right now."

Some fans aren't very impressed with this plan

As The Sun pointed out, fans on Reddit haven't been into this plan since before Hannah and Jeremiah ever announced it, with many insisting that the space is just too small for a child.

"Where is their child supposed to live? In their bedroom? That won’t work out for very long!" one person wrote.

Jeremiah recently shared updated photos of the RV

In October, Jeremiah took to Instagram to share "before and after" photos of the RV, along with a more in-depth YouTube video that shared a peek at their renovation process. It really does look like a cute and cozy place to live — and if it works for them, that's all that matters.

Hannah also shared that the baby won't have a nursery

When a fan asked about their daughter's nursery, Hannah said that they think of "the whole camper" as her nursery.

"I have a space ready for all of her darling baby clothes and stuff. But other than that, we are keeping things pretty simple!" she said.

They aren't the first in the family to take this route.

Early in their marriage, Joy and Austin lived in a renovated camper with their son, Gideon, and they made it work until they decided to buy a house. There's no doubt Hannah and Jeremiah can do the same.

Babies don't need much, so a space like this should work out just fine.
