"My movie daughter just made me a movie grandmother. Blessings to Lindsay and Bader for the birth of Luai!" Jamie Lee finished the caption, tagging Lindsay.

Lindsay and her husband, Bader Shammas, announced the birth of their first child together, a son named Luai, on Monday. Jamie Lee's excitement comes through her post, which is really sweet to see.

Back in April, Jamie Lee shared her love and excitement for Lindsday's pregnancy. She posted a series of images from Lindsay's baby shower, beginning with a pic of the new mom beaming and hugging her bump in a white dress.

"My friend and film daughter @lindsaylohan is growing up! So thrilled for her. What a mama she will be," she wrote.

Lindsay's reps confirmed that she and her husband have welcomed a "beautiful, healthy" baby boy, who she named Luai. He was born in Dubai, where the couple lives. Luai is an Arabic name that means "shield" or "protector."

"The family is over the moon in love," her reps told Page Six in a statement.
