Hoda Kotb is usually pretty private when it comes to her children, but recently it seems like she decided to make an exception. After a recent health scare, Hoda has shared a rare photo of her daughter, Hope, who is now 3 years old. She is too cute!

Hoda shared a group shot to her Instagram
In the picture, Hoda was joined by both of her daughters, including 6-year-old Hailey, and fellow Today show star Karen Swensen and her daughter Caroline.
But 3-year-old Hope was the real star, since it's not very often that her mom has shown her face on social media.
Hoda's followers were thrilled to get a glimpse of her girls
The comments section of Hoda's post was flooded with positivity — and messages about how adorable both Hailey and Hope are.
"Hoda, your girls are always so happy, just like you. Love it," one commenter wrote.
"Your kids are adorable and getting so big!" said another.
The photo comes shortly after Hope experienced a major health scare
Today fans already know that Hoda was missing for the show for two weeks in February, and later they found out that she was dealing with a medical emergency involving Hope.
"My youngest, Hope, was in the ICU for a few days, and then in the hospital for a little over a week," Hoda shared in March after she returned. "I'm so grateful she's home, she is back home. I was waiting for that day to come, and we are watching her closely."

She seems to be recovering well
Last month, Hoda told Page Six that her daughter was "doing better" without sharing too many details.
"There’s still a long road to go, but she’s doing much better," she said, adding, "We’re making great progress. This kid is full of healing light, as I say to her."
Here's hoping things only get better from here
