
Rapper Fat Joe recently posted a picture with his son on Instagram. The photo, which shows the rapper's chin lightly resting on his son's head, was a rare sighting of the New York native's son who lives with autism.

Joey, 32, is seen leaning his head into his dad's chest while sitting in a wheelchair.
"Unconditional Love, Lil Joe," the 52-year-old dad wrote in the caption.
Last year, Fat Joe penned a special message for his son on World Autism Awareness Day.
"World Autism Day Joey is my heart, my king, my everything. Our kids are our biggest blessings. Today i wear Autism blue in honor of our kids and all the families around the world dealing with special needs family members. God makes no mistakes i pray everyday for everyone and i hope you keep us in your prayers " he wrote in an Instagram caption.
In a previous post, the rapper mentioned that he often keeps Joey out of the public eye "cause they're bad elements out there i never wanted him exposed to," according to Hip Hop DX.
“Joey has accomplished above and beyond & i also believe he keeps my parents alive cause they love him sooooooo much. How do you tell someone who’s given you so much joy in life thank you???.
