In his new Netflix special, comedian Chris Rock opens up about a tense parenting moment from his past. The father of two describes how he took a stand and asked the dean of his daughter's school to kick the teen out after she got caught drinking on a class trip.
Apparently, Lola and her friends got into some trouble when they were younger
When Chris' oldest daughter was in high school, the now 20-year-old got a little sneaky while traveling to Portugal with some friends, according to People.
"Lola and four of her little white girlfriends decided they were bored," Chris told the audience gathered for his new comedy special, Selective Outrage, explaining that the teens decided to beat their boredom by getting drunk.
School staffers were not messing around and quickly caught the girls
Chris joked that Lola's affluent private school was quick to take action against the girls. "Of course they got busted," he continued, joking. "Rich white schools, they don't play that s–t."
But instead of making their children face the consequences of their actions, Chris said several of the girls' parents decided to get lawyers instead.
Lola also failed to take things seriously, which upset her famous father

"Lola is like, 'Daddy, stop it. You're so serious! I'll be back in school in no time,'" he recounted, adding that her cavalier attitude is what made him feel like she needed to be taught a lesson so she could understand the consequences of her actions.
So Chris went to the administration to take matters into his own hands. "I need you to kick my daughter out of this school," he told the dean.
Chris explained his reasoning, getting a laugh from the audience
"I need my Black child to learn her lesson right now before she is up on OnlyFans and some s–t," he said. "Please kick my child out."
Chris ultimately got his wish. "They kicked her out. They kicked them all out, but they kicked my child out first."
He seems to have made the right choice

These days, Lola is in Europe studying culinary arts. It seems Chris made the right call with his oldest daughter, and they both learned a valuable lesson about underage drinking — namely, don't do it — as Chris said it took Lola a while to regain her footing after being booted from school.
She may still be too young to appreciate her father's guidance, but we have a feeling she'll understand how good that decision was for her when she's older and has children of her own.
