One thing Curry noticed was how much busier she is this pregnancy, thanks to her kids Riley, Ryan, and Canon having "full lives and schedules that we’re balancing on a daily basis on top of work and all the family things." She also shared that "the most exciting thing" has been seeing how each of her children acts toward her pregnancy.

"Canon came up to me the other day and asked, 'Hey, Mommy, how’s your baby? Does your baby have a working brain?'" she said.

Curry pointed out some changes she's noticed during this pregnancy, including her cravings for watermelon, which she says is "unfortunate because they’re not really in season." Another craving? Japanese peaches. "I also had a three-week stint with a very unhealthy sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle," she said.

"There’s all this paperwork referring to the experience as a 'geriatric pregnancy' and all the concerns that come along with that," she said. " I think there’s something that needs to be more nuanced when it comes to women, their age, and conversations around having children. Many women in their 30s and 40s are going through this for the first time, and being told you’re 'old' feels alarming and wild. I think the narrative needs to be shifted a little bit."

"I didn’t always want the village. I was really stubborn in my earlier pregnancies," Curry explained. "And I’m still trying to figure out what building my village looks like. Outside of the family village, I think I’m now realizing how important having a girlfriend village is. I don’t necessarily know if I’ve ever been a girls' girl in that sense, but now as I’m getting older, I’m realizing it’s really nice to have that friend group chat."

The comment section of the Instagram post announcing her pregnancy is full of good wishes and excitement.

"❤ ❤ ❤ ," actress Lindsay Lohan commented. Lohan and Curry star in the upcoming Netflix rom-com Irish Wish, and Curry and her husband are the godparents to Lohan's son, Luai.
