After her son was born with a rare disease Lynn began her blog, www.smartaleckpersin.com, chronicling the trials and tribulations of becoming a special needs mother and guiding her family on an arduous journey. In addition to writing Lynn works as a professional photographer at www.lynnreneephoto.com, chronicling the lives of other families with her camera. She lives in Chicago with her husband and her son, Aleck.
What was your favorite childhood toy?
My favorite childhood toy were my Barbies, and I'm very proud of that. They ran multimillion dollar corporations in their "Day to Night" office, they saved the world from evil on a regular basis, and had to rescue Ken and Michael Jackson at least once a week.
